At La Picia, everything is at your fingertips. The local market is just a 5-minute walking distance away. You can buy fresh fruit and vegetables, or fish caught the same day. You can also taste some of the best olive oil, cheese, and authentic Istrian wine. And if you don’t feel like cooking, make sure to try some of the traditional Istrian dishes in the restaurants nearby.

Beautiful beaches

Make sure to visit Zlatni Rt, a park forest where you can find stunning beaches and find refreshments on hot days in crystal-clear sea. There is also an offer of sea activities like kayak, stand-up paddle, aquapark, and more.

They made very clever use of the available small spaces. The accommodation was about a comfortable 5-minute walk from the old town. A major advantage is that the host provides a parking card, allowing for parking just a one- to two-minute walk from the accommodation. For older guests, the steep stairs between floors could be challenging, but they weren’t an issue for us.

An excellent apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s beautifully designed, charming, and comfortable, and everything is spotlessly clean. A particular plus is that it has three separate toilets and two bathrooms/showers. The location is right next to the old town, just a 2-minute walk from the apartment. Stairs lead to the second and third floors where the bedrooms are, so it may not be ideal for families with small children. The owners are very friendly and available to provide any necessary information.

Perfect for a city trip with a stopover in Rovinj. Modern, original, and furnished with high-quality materials—everything is as good as new! Although the spaces are very small, each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet, which my teenage son especially enjoyed 😀 An important note: it’s set up somewhat like a studio, with the kitchen and entry area on the ground floor, the first bedroom on the first floor, and the second bedroom on the second floor. For us, it was perfect, though I’m not sure how convenient it would be for very small children or people who have difficulty walking. The rooms are indeed very small, so it’s more suitable for short stays 😉 Not much space for luggage.

Decorated with beautiful details, very functional, and well-equipped. The location is excellent! It includes free parking very close to the house. Daniela and her husband were delightful and gave us lots of information about the area.

Modern, new, clean, great location, free parking permit, and the windows seal very well. The kids (6, 9) had a lot of fun with the fun stairs and their own shower. The owner is easily reachable and quick to respond. 😊 Note: Don’t bring too many clothes, there isn’t much hanging space.

A special experience The accommodation is equipped with high-quality amenities. The host, Daniela, has a pleasant and very natural personality. The house is small, and the stairs are not recommended for guests over 70. However, it’s perfectly fine for 3 people for a week. The location and quality are excellent. The nearby parking is within a 5-minute walk. Daniela's nearby bistro, "Grota," has remarkably affordable prices and is regularly used by locals.
